They are long-winded and comprehensive and we apologise for that. We think a large portion of our lawyer’s time at university was devoted to ‘writing curly sentences’ and ‘how to use jargon until your eyeballs fall out’. We’ve tried to help out by putting plain-speak explanations at important junctures.

Advia Terms of Service
By using the search engine marketing service or any other service (“Service”) offered by or provided by Advia Pty Ltd (“Advia”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
Advia reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your content to such changes. Account Terms
- You must be 18 years of age to use this service.
- You must be the legal representative of the company or business utilising the service and have the legal authority to sign contracts or agreements and commit to costs on behalf of the company or business specified.
- Advia reserves the right to cancel the Service at any time.
- Advia reserves the right to refuse the Service to any business at its discretion.
The Service
Advia offers and provides a search engine marketing optimisation service, referred to as (“the service”). The service shall be provided from the commencement date until the last day of the billing month in which the customer requests to cancel the service.
Billing and Payment
Unless otherwise specified, all payments to Advia are in advance and non-refundable.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advia and its officers, agents and employees from and against all damages and liabilities arising from or in connection with the use of the Service.
You expressly understand and agree that Advia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Advia has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
- the use or the inability to use the service;
- changes made to advertising campaigns as a result of using the service;
- advice provided by Advia in the course of providing the service;
- or any other matter relating to the service.
Warranty
Whilst we continually endeavour to provide the most effective advertising and campaign management service possible, due to the nature of advertising, Advia cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that the Service will be effective, profitable, successful, or that any additional or new business will be acquired by the Customer through use of the service.
Cancellation
You can cancel the Service at any time with no fees or charges applicable. The Service will continue until the final day of your current billing month. The monthly fee cannot be partially refunded or pro-rated for the final month of the Service.
